Enhancing user experience and streamlining budget requests

Project Objective: Revamp the website's product page with a focus on ease of use for budget requests and enhancing user support.

Solution: Develop a style guide to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment. Additionally, create prototypes prioritizing mobile experience and incorporate an intuitive budget request functionality.

How to optimize the Company's website to facilitate budget requests and improve user support?

Context:

Tasks Developed:

With changes in Google's search algorithm affecting website traffic flow, the company identified the need for improvements in the product page to meet new user demands.

User opinion: The product page was a vast online catalog, lacking interactions with the sales team. The NPS of the product page was around 11 points, approximately translating to a percentage.

Conclusion:

Development of a style guide based on the existing visual identity manual, creation of prototypes focusing on mobile experience, and implementation of an intuitive budget request functionality
