How to optimize the Company's website to facilitate budget requests and improve user support?
Context:
Tasks Developed:
With changes in Google's search algorithm affecting website traffic flow, the company identified the need for improvements in the product page to meet new user demands.
User opinion: The product page was a vast online catalog, lacking interactions with the sales team. The NPS of the product page was around 11 points, approximately translating to a percentage.
Conclusion:
Development of a style guide based on the existing visual identity manual, creation of prototypes focusing on mobile experience, and implementation of an intuitive budget request functionality
