The project aimed to improve the company's internal communication app to address low employee engagement post-Covid-19, with research indicating a significant need for recognition and increased exhaustion among employees.
User opinion: Employees expressed a general lack of engagement with the internal communication platform. They emphasized the need to feel heard, be part of a stimulating environment, and receive recognition for their work.
Conclusion:
Market analysis to understand best practices and user needs, conducting user research to comprehend post-Covid-19 engagement challenges and identify employee preferences and expectations. Developing wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test new interface and user experience solutions.
