Addressing post-Covid-19 employee engagement challenges

Project Objective: Enhance the internal communication app's interface and experience to address post-Covid-19 engagement issues revealed through benchmarking and research.

Solution: Implement immersive visuals, establish a unified communication space, and introduce gamified engagement features to give employees a voice, foster connections, and encourage active participation.

How to improve employee engagement through an enhanced internal communication app, focusing on UI/UX, post-pandemic?

The project aimed to improve the company's internal communication app to address low employee engagement post-Covid-19, with research indicating a significant need for recognition and increased exhaustion among employees.

User opinion: Employees expressed a general lack of engagement with the internal communication platform. They emphasized the need to feel heard, be part of a stimulating environment, and receive recognition for their work.

Conclusion:

Market analysis to understand best practices and user needs, conducting user research to comprehend post-Covid-19 engagement challenges and identify employee preferences and expectations. Developing wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test new interface and user experience solutions.

The implementation of the proposed improvements led to a remarkable transformation in the company's internal communication experience. Additionally, the inclusion of gamified elements provided a more engaging experience, encouraging active user participation.
